Transfers are personally crafted by our professional production staff in our Grand Rapids production facility.

AFTER TWO TRANSFERS-YOUR THIRD TRANSFER IS FREE from most originals.

Our production staff use equipment and time in producing transfer services. We can only transfer the content of what we are given. Do not order transfer services from an original you deem questionable unless you understand we will charge for our transfer services no matter the quality or content of your original.

VHS or cassette transfers are to either DVD or USB. If you choose USB you may supply your own or we will supply a 16GB USB for your order for an additional $12.00. Movie film transfers are only downloaded to USB and will be charged accordingly.

Normal service is 3-7 working days excluding the Holiday season. RUSH service is available. Contact production (616-452-3941) for options. Free shipping is not included in this service.

Video transfer: Video transfer is available from camcorder format tapes/cassettes, standard VHS, VHS-C, and mini dvd discs for $20.00. Transfers over 2 hours will be charged an additional $10.00 an hour. AFTER TWO TRANSFERS YOUR THIRD TRANSFER IS FREE.

Mini DV and Beta VHS transfers are $30.00. Transfers over 2 hours will be charged an additional $15.00 an hour.

Tape repair minimum $5.00. Multiple breaks will be charged accordingly.

DVD converted to digital file $15.00 (to share on Facebook, You Tube, etc.). Conversions to television compatible DVD $15.00. Transfer to MP4 additional $15.00.

Mini DVD downloads are downloaded to a USB that you provide or buy from Photo EVO. If you prefer to have a DVD download of your Mini DVD, you will be charged an additional $5.00.

Finalizing a Mini DVD is now available for $5.00.

Phone/Device clean-up to DVD or USB: This service is done at either of our Photo EVO locations on demand for $10.00/DVD or your own USB. Service is $22.00 to a 16GB USB supplied by Photo EVO.

Movie Film Transfer:

• 8mm and Super8 without sound transfer is $.25 per foot. Minimum order of 100 feet.
• 16mm with or without sound transfer to DVD is available at $.50 per foot. Minimum order of 200 feet.
